Refund policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

To initiate a return, log in to your account and request a return through the self-serve portal.

💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) payments are not refundable in cash; refunds for COD orders will be issued as store credit only.

Refunds apply only to the value of the goods purchased. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
